Our fees are calculated based on the following standards. We provide a detailed estimate before starting any work so you can move forward with confidence.

In addition to the professional fee, proxy collection of certificates incurs the following costs:
- Family Registry / Tax Certificates: ¥2,800 per copy (Postage and travel costs are actual costs. Urgent requests incur separate daily allowances).
- Real Estate Registry Copy: ¥1,000 handling fee + ¥1,000 per property.
- Real Estate Summary / Digital Info: ¥1,000 handling fee + ¥1,000 per property.
- Corporate Registry / Seal Cert: ¥2,000 per copy (+¥500 per additional copy, up to ¥4,000).
- Corporate Seal Card Collection: ¥4,000 handling fee.

- Travel, Daily Allowance & Postage

The following standards apply for travel and postage expenses related to procedures:
- Tokyo Legal Bureau (Electronic/Mail): ¥5,000 handling fee.
- Other Locations: ¥10,000 travel fee.
- Standard Document Delivery: ¥5,000 handling fee.
- Postage for Returning Documents: Delivery Proof (¥1,400), Simple Registered (¥800), Specific Record (¥600).
- Direct Actual Costs (Non-taxable)

The following costs are actual costs (paid to the government or authorities):
- Registration Tax: National tax paid at the time of application.
- Notary Fees: Costs paid to the Notary Office for deed certification or articles authentication.
- Utility Fees: Direct costs for issuing certificates at government offices.
